For a couple years, I’ve received continuous supervision from Moneta and Rico. I’ve also been fortunate to receive training as well. Both give an experience that mixes not only content knowledge but an infusion of experiential activities and solutions that can be used every day.  They emphasize knowing self and understanding personal relationships with clients to prevent countertransference and also to grow as a therapist and a person.
